Residents rush to higher grounds following tsunami rumors due to a magnitude 6.9 earthquake which hit the island province of Cebu and other central Philippine provinces Monday, Feb. 6, 2012. Authorities said, over a dozen people were killed with rescuers digging with picks and shovels in trying to reach dozens of people trapped under houses collapsed by the strong earthquake Monday. The death toll climbed to 15 on Tuesday, and at least 73 people were still missing.
