Aung San Suu Kyi, leader of major opposition the National League for Democracy (NLD) party, delivers a speech in a stadium at Pathein, the capital of rice bowl Ayeyawady Division, about 176 kilometres (110 miles) west of Yangon February 7, 2012. Her party is running in the upcoming by-elections on April 1 for all 48 vacant seats; 40 in Lower House, six in Upper House and two in provincial parliaments.
